With this machine, beeswax
foundation is produced in a single operation.
Using a simple casting technique the melted
wax runs from a tank, solidifies and is
embossed as it passes between two
engraved rollers producing a continuous
sheet of wax foundation with sharply defined
cells. Adjustable rotary cutters cut the embossed sheet to the required width. An integrated guillotine then cuts the foundation to length. The finished sheets are automatically stacked on a self-adjusting table.
