AlYahya Bee Farms in Abha, Saudi Arabia, are considered one of the biggest bee farms not only in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but also all over the Middle East. This successful position came through the huge production and marketing abilities.
The Production Abilities:
AlYahya bee farms own 4000 bee hives, they are supplied each year before production season with package of bees to prepare hives before moving to production sites, which are spread all over Tihama mountains in south of K.S.A. in Hilly, very rough and mountainous regions. In those sites bees find SIDR tree . From those regions we can produce SIDR honey, which is unique in its smell, color and taste. It is known by its quality and fame among people in Arabian peninsula. The production season continues only for 2 months, so the preparing of apiaries and abundance of bees in suitable time required big efforts and very high costs. This costs may reach millions of Rials. And a big amount of bees may die before reaching production sites.
In surplus of the high costs and the greatest efforts, come the climatic conditions, which affect the production amount, because rain before production season is very important for blossoming in the season. There are another hardiness in the sites, as wasps and al-Warwara blue birds which are the most mortal enemies against bee.
Through all those mortal problems and such hard climatic conditions, we can calculate the cost of SIDR honey production. The main target of our apiaries are the efforts to get the biggest production to reach the customer with suitable prices. Through the grace of Allah, our annual Sidr honey production reaches about 70 tons. We produce also another kind of honey in another season: Al Talh honey which is known as Shokah honey, and wild flowers honey.
Our production from these two kinds reach annually about 30 Tons.
We produce annually about 100 Tons of pure honey from the three kinds.
This production is considered a greatest achievement during such hard climatic conditions and hilly steep sites.
Because of the high cost of production, the price of sidr honey is also expensive. Sidr honey is considered also the most finest and the most expensive honey all over the world. Many countries demand it as food and medicament. Customer's trust - day after day - increases in Alyahya honey by buying Alyahya sidr honey. Our production has already reached a high position , through the high quality, the finest filling and the best packaging systems because we have new methods in our automatic center of extracting, filling and packaging.

Alyahya apiaries own huge fleet of marketing cars, which reach allover the Kingdom and ambitious marketing team. Alyahya honey spread abundantly in all regions of K.S.A in bee farm branch in Abha and another branch in Riyadh, Jeddah, supermarkets, shopping centers and pharmacies allover the Kingdom. And also marketing agents allover the Kingdom and in Arab Gulf countries.
